YOUTH BOXING CLASSES
AGES 5-12 MONDAY WEDNESDAY FRIDAY 4:30PM
THESE CLASSES START IN FEBRUARY AND RUN UNTIL JANUARY
Our youth boxing program is run by certified USA Boxing & BoxNBurn Coaches.
We help to develop Confidence, Coordination and self defense competence with our youth students.
GROUP SPARRING
MODAYS, WEDNESDAYS, FRIDAYS 7PM
Supervised & coordinated by REAL USA Boxing coaches in a safe and controlled environment.
We use professional boxing rings and equipment for all of our sparring sessions.
if you do not have your own equipment we will provide equipment for you.
